We price buildings at a price that is affordable to you. We do not like playing the pricing game. Many companies like to price high and then work their way down to a price that YOU are willing to pay. Doing things their way will only make you wonder whether they would have gone lower or not. The first price we give you is the best price we can give you. We have a set margin that we need to get to survive as a small company. Sometimes we will have price increases or decreases that will, of course, change the pricing.  We”ll usually have at least a few weeks to give you a heads up on any changes that may occur.
